Terms of Service

StoreSuite is free, and it is free on purpose. It is our contribution back to the WordPress community, published with no expectation of return - today there is no paid tier behind it and nothing in the plugin is gated. These terms are not here to extract anything from you. They exist so we are honest about what we can promise and what we cannot.

This site, storesuite.dev (hereafter referred to as storesuite.dev, the site, or the website) is owned and operated by PluginizeLab, an independent software studio founded and run by Md Aminur Islam. The plugin is free and open-source software: there is no purchase, subscription, licence key, or account involved at any point, and nothing on this site takes payment.

We build and maintain StoreSuite seriously: it is developed to WordPress.org standards, reviewed before release, and actively maintained. That is a commitment of care, not a legal warranty, and it does not make us liable for what happens on your site. Software given away for free is given entirely at your own risk, on the terms below.

1. Limitation of Liability

StoreSuite is provided free of charge and is used entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PluginizeLab accepts no liability for any damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the plugin or the materials on this site - including but not limited to lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, downtime, and business interruption - even if PluginizeLab or an authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You bear the cost of any servicing, repair, or correction that becomes necessary.

No fee is ever paid to us for the plugin, so there is nothing to refund and no monetary remedy arises from its use. Where some liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

2. License

The StoreSuite plugin is released under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later, the licence under which it is distributed on WordPress.org. That licence governs your rights to use, modify, and redistribute the plugin, and where these terms conflict with the GPL regarding the software, the GPL prevails.

There are no licence keys, no activation, and no subscription. The plugin is fully functional the moment it is installed and remains so indefinitely. Updates are delivered through WordPress.org like any other plugin in the directory.

The website’s own content - documentation, blog posts, page copy, design, and the StoreSuite name and logo - is not covered by the plugin’s GPL grant. You may quote and link to it with attribution, but not republish it wholesale or use the StoreSuite name or branding in a way that implies we produced, endorsed, or support something we did not.

3. Ownership and Responsibility

Copyright in the plugin is held by its authors and contributors, and it is licensed to everyone under the GPL. That licence gives you the right to use, study, modify, and redistribute it, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away. What is not granted by the GPL is the StoreSuite name, logo, and branding, which remain ours - you are free to fork the code, but not to pass your fork off as StoreSuite.

The plugin is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

You are responsible for how you run your own site. That means taking backups before installing or updating any plugin, including this one; testing on a staging site if your store is a business you cannot afford to break; and choosing who you grant the manage_woocommerce capability to, since anyone holding it can reach the dashboard and act on your store. It also means your own AI provider account, its keys, its costs, and its terms - AI generation runs on credentials you supply, and any charges are strictly between you and that provider. Review AI-generated text and images before publishing them, because generated content can be inaccurate, generic, or infringing, and once published it is your content.

4. No Purchases

There is nothing to buy and nothing to refund. StoreSuite has no paid tier, no premium add-ons, and no payment processing anywhere on this site, and nothing here should be read as an offer to sell.

If someone is charging you for StoreSuite, they are not us. The GPL permits anyone to redistribute the plugin, including for a fee, but they do so on their own account - we take no payment, and any such seller’s promises, support, and liability are theirs alone.

5. Warranty

The plugin is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee of compatibility with any particular theme, plugin, host, browser, WordPress version, or WooCommerce version, and no guarantee that the software is error-free or that the site will be continuously available.

We take defects seriously and fix what we can, and we welcome reports of problems you encounter. Doing so is part of maintaining the project well; it does not create a warranty, a repair obligation, or liability for any loss you may suffer.

6. Updates

Updates are published through WordPress.org at our discretion. We aim to keep StoreSuite compatible with current versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, but we do not guarantee updates on any schedule, indefinitely, or for versions below the stated minimum requirements. Because the plugin is GPL software, no update - and no decision of ours - can take away the copy you already have.

7. Acceptable Use and Support Conduct

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its hosting, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute malware.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee, primarily through the WordPress.org support forum, and is subject to that forum’s own rules and moderation. Nothing here creates a service-level agreement, a response-time commitment, or a promise that a given bug will be fixed or a given feature built. We may decline to engage with abusive or defamatory conduct.

8. Third-Party Services

WordPress, WooCommerce, your hosting provider, and your AI provider are operated by other parties, as are Google, whose Analytics tag runs on every page of this site, Cloudflare, which hosts it and provides the forms’ Turnstile check, and Brevo, which runs the newsletter list. We do not control them and are not liable for what they do, change, price, or discontinue. Links from this site to third-party pages are offered for convenience and are not endorsements.

9. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: the site runs Google Analytics, which sets cookies and reports your visit to Google; the contact form sends what you type to us and the newsletter field sends your address to Brevo, both protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; and the plugin sends us no data at all. AI generation sends data from your server directly to the provider you configured, never through us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update the site, the plugin, or these terms at any time. Material changes are reflected in the effective date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site or plugin afterwards constitutes acceptance.
